This pitchbook has a professional layout. But it is almost entirely focused on sponsor branding - where the sponsor's logo will appear and how big it will be. Second tier sports like sailing do not get the media coverage of football, basketball or other TV sports. The pitch should focus on the other four ROI factors, and especially on activation. Notice that page 25 is the only page that does not deal with branding; it lists hospitality and event tickets but leaves completely to the sponsor's imagination how to activate.
